 e Wellness Activities that accompany her exhibition\, Steeping Memory. At 
 this first activity\, eco-artist and educator Elizabeth Velazquez will gui
 de participants in an exploration of herbs like lemon balm\, oregano brujo
  and mint. What you'll do: Participants learn simple methods to grow herbs
  for self-care and healing. Herb propagation demonstrations will be held a
 t an activity station and participants will leave the activity with a smal
 l plant to care for\, along with an accompanying zine containing herb info
 rmation and recipes for teas and flavorings.
