Most scholarships have few applicants, so we encourage you to apply to as many as you may qualify for. Upon deciding that you would like to apply for any scholarship, you need to research them thoroughly.
Keep in mind that there are many links to different scholarships. The process of researching may be stressful, so we came up with some ideas to help with the process. Some scholarships require Community or Volunteer Service. Click the Community/Volunteer Service Opportunities to find out more on how to volunteer.
Please Note: When applying to Scholarships outside of York College their screening process is different. Please follow all the instruction on the specific scholarship. If you have been accepted to one of the scholarships outside of York College, the money would be sent to the college to be allocated and disbursed toward tuition. Please keep in mind that the criteria and deadlines may change every year or every other semester as well as the Application process. Therefore, you must read directions carefully and see if you meet the requirements for that scholarship and follow the directions for each one you apply for. Please be aware of scams.
Apply to as many scholarships as possible. There is a scholarship with your name on it. Go get it!
