As a former bilingual NYC public school teacher and as an adjunct at a community college, my commitment to educational equity to serve the most unprivileged and marginalized students in NYC has been steadfast. This commitment has translated into a career as a Clinical Professor in which I promote candidates to have quality fieldwork and clinical experiences that focus on reflective practices and maintaining goals for highly effective teaching to all students.
