My Journey from York to Harvard

Roksana Azad completed her Bachelor of Science with academic honors in Chemistry and Biochemistry from York College in 2016 under the guidance of Dr. Ruel Desamero.

She then completed a year of predoctoral research studies in the Biomedical Science program at Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences— SUNY. In April 2018, she joined the ASRC Structural Biology Initiative, where she was involved in numerous research projects that utilized biochemical and biophysical techniques. Her academic excellence and dedication to her research led her to complete her PhD in Structural Biology. Roksana is slated to start her post-doctoral research at Harvard University.
