Information Literacy Class Request

Use this form to request an Information Literacy class. You must submit the form at least a week in advance. Course instructor must stay with the class during the library session.

Please provide the beginning and ending time for the IL session. The maximum length for an IL session is one hour.

Location

Specify information library faculty can use to plan your class' instruction session (e.g., assignment, syllabus, student topics, etc.). Please list any databases or resources you would like demonstrated.

If you or any of your students need an accommodation due to a disability please provide a description of accommodations needed.
