Accessing Library Resources Remotely

Off-Campus Database Access

To access databases from off-campus, you must be a currently enrolled student, faculty member, or staff member with an active CUNY login. When signing into OneSearch or using any York Library databases, you will prompted to enter your CUNY login information and then use two-factor authentification. Be sure to download the Microsoft Authenticator app to your mobile device so you can complete the two-factor authentification.

CUNY Login troubleshooting

• The CUNY login format is Firstname.LastnameNN@login.cuny.edu, where “NN” is the last 2 digits of your CUNY EMPL ID
