June Employee of the Month Stands Out for Her Collaborative Nature

Congratulations to Nicole Williams, the June 2025 Employee of the Month! Nicole is known in Finance and Administrative for her outstanding dedication, reliability, and willingness to exceed expectations in her role.

Nicole has been working at York College for 13 years and current works as the Administrative Executive Coordinator.  She always approaches every task—whether it's processing requisitions, ensuring bills are paid on time, or maintaining smooth day-to-day operations—with care, precision, and a high level of attention to detail. She is known for being dependable, highly organized, and proactive, always staying a step ahead to prevent issues before they arise.

In addition to her technical skills and work ethic, Nicole stands out for her collaborative nature and effective communication. She is always willing to lend a hand and plays a key role in keeping projects and teams moving forward. Her contributions extend beyond her department, as she frequently steps in to support others, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to the broader goals of the college. Her ability to bring people together, share information clearly, and foster a sense of shared purpose has had a positive impact on the organization.

At a gathering on Tuesday to celebrate, Nicole was presented with a plaque and a certificate
