Antonia Santangelo is an adjunct lecturer in anthropology. Her research interests are in the areas of food, heritage, sustainability and identity. She has worked on archaeological fieldwork projects in the Black Sea region (Turkey, Bulgaria, Ukraine), but is currently using visual ethnography to explore fishing villages in Italy.
