CUNY’s Drug/Alcohol Use Amnesty PolicyYork College encourages students to seek medical assistance related to drug and/or alcohol use without fear of student discipline. In addition, students who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol and become aware of incidents of sexual misconduct are encouraged to report such incidents without fear of discipline.
