The Pulitzer Prize-winning play  Wit

By Margaret Edson A co-production with the York Department of Nursing

An acute examination of life as seen by both the patient and the medical system. As a young English professor suffers a terminal illness she starts to ask hard questions about personal fulfillment and one’s preparation for the inevitable.

“[A] brutally human and beautifully layered new play…you feel both enlightened and, in a strange way, enormously comforted.” —NY Times.  “A dazzling and humane new play that you will remember till your dying day.” —NY Magazine.
