Dr. Jacob Apkarian Cited in Higher Education Articles
Dr. Jacob Apkarian, associate professor of Sociology, Department of Behavioral Sciences, and two co-authors just published an extensive report on collective bargaining in higher education. Over two years, they collected data from almost every academic bargaining unit in all of U.S. higher education (over 900 unions) and analyzed industry trends. The report was published today (Aug. 29) and featured in an article by Inside Higher Ed
Dr. Apkarian's work has also been recognized in the Chronicle of Higher Education.
