- Your highest degree (for PSC-covered titles)
- Your nursing licensure (for Nursing and Teacher's Education faculty)
- Your security certifications (for Public Safety staff)
- Fingerprinting receipt or student letter (for College Assistants)
Supporting Document Preparation Guidelines:
- Use high-resolution, color images
- Photograph documents on clean, empty surfaces (not handheld)
- Use standard formats: PNG or JPG preferred (HEIC files may cause processing delays)
- Orient documents as you would for normal reading
Submission Options:
- Preferred Method: Upload to secure document portal for fastest processing and reduced time pressure on staff
- Alternative: Bring documents in person (typically takes longer and may delay access to systems required for work)
- Secondary Alternative: Upload to secure cloud platform (OneDrive, Google Drive) and share access with humanresources@york.cuny.edu
Important: You must still bring original documents for inspection on or before your first day
