York College Continuing and Professional Education Center (CPEC) has proudly been a leader in providing educational, workforce training, recreational, entrepreneurship and self-enrichment programs and courses to local residents over the past four decades.
York College Learning Center
The York College Learning Center offers foundational education and training, as well as advisement and referral services that expand opportunities for marginalized adults to achieve increased independence, realize life goals, and become active in civic and workplace responsibilities as individuals, parents, and members of the broader community.
New York Small Business Development Center (NYSBDC)
Since our start in 1988, The New York Small Business Development Center at York College has achieved over $207 Million in economic impact through loans they helped their clients obtain. The expert advisers have worked with 15,437 businesses, and have created or saved 4,462 jobs.
START-UP-NY
York College is literally ready for business -- as an Empire State Development START-UP NY site, which enables new or existing companies to apply to New York State to participate in START-UP NY. If accepted, they can then apply to York College to participate in the College’s Campus Plan. Attached are the York College campus plan and priority areas for potential business partnerships.
