Marketing and Communications
The office of Marketing and Communications is the official voice of York College, responsible for managing communication with campus stakeholders, local and higher education communities and media. The office coordinates with media sources and manages and safeguards the York College, CUNY brand.
School of Arts and Sciences
The School of Arts and Sciences provides students with the opportunity to obtain an excellent education in the arts, humanities, mathematics and the natural sciences. Studying with outstanding faculty, nationally and internationally noted artists, scholars, and teachers committed to innovative approaches to instruction and excellence in research and creative endeavors, students will gain a wide-ranging rigorous academic experience and preparation. Office of the Ombudsperson
York College’s Office of the Ombudsperson is an impartial entity, available to all students, which provides a safe, confidential environment designed to assist them in resolving college-related concerns, complaints, or disputes that haven't been solved through traditional channels. We also offer information and clarification on the college’s policies and procedures.
University Skills Immersion Program (USIP)
The S3 Immersion Program offers workshops in writing and mathematics to help improve skills in those areas and prepare students to become proficient so that they can enroll at the college and/or be placed in a required math and English.

Enrollment Roadmap for Incoming Students
At York College, incoming students receive an acceptance email and are led through a roadmap that includes account setup, financial aid applications using specific York codes, potential major/minor declarations, academic advising for first-years, and practical steps like obtaining an ID card.
