Degree Filing

The application for Spring 2026 Graduation (6/1/26) is available online in CUNYfirst. If you expect to complete all degree requirements by the end of the Spring 2026 semester, then you must apply for graduation online in your CUNYfirst Student Center now.

Apply Online for Graduation

1. Select the “Student Center” tile. Scroll down to select the "Graduation" tile.
2. Within the York College section, click the "Select to Apply" button to change it from No to Yes. Click the Apply button in the bottom right corner.
3. Select the only term available in the drop-down menu. Click the Next button in the upper right corner each time to follow through the steps to verify your name, address, and contact details.
4. Once you have finished navigating through the first 4 steps, it will take you to the last page (Step 5) which has a "Submit" button to submit your application.
