Our 2017 lineup of wellness workshops will cover the following topics: study habits, procrastination, test taking, mindfulness, stress management, relationships, communication, self-esteem, assertiveness, sleep.
Workshops are put on hold for the summer; we'll start up our workshop schedule again at the beginning of the Fall 2017 semester. Check back here in late August for a full listing of workshops for the Fall!
