Lavender Graduation Celebration

York College recognizes the accomplishments of our 2025 seniors!

This year's York Lavendar Graduation Celebration honors the academic accomplishments and leadership of York College students, in addition to the contributions to the campus community. The end of the year presents a chance to celebrate our students' progress and lay the groundwork for continued growth and success.  We are excited to celebrate the achievements and resilience of York Students with Disabilities, Veterans, LGBTQIA+, and allies!

The ceremony typically includes speeches, awards, and recognition of students' achievements, providing a supportive and inclusive space for these students to be celebrated. Graduates will be presented with certificates and honor cords at the ceremony to pick up their free tassels during the celebration.
