How to Enroll at York College
Step 1
Accept Your Offer of Admission
To accept your offer of admissions, please log into your CUNYfirst account and navigate to your "Student Center".
All accepted students are required to pay a non-refundable $100 commitment deposit. The commitment deposit will confirm your enrollment at York. It will be applied towards your tuition.
If you have any additional questions, please email us at admissions@york.cuny.edu or join our virtual walk-in hours.
Note: If you applied for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and your Student Aid Report (SAR) has an estimated family contribution (EFC) of 3000 or less, you may be waived from the commitment deposit. The sooner you file your FAFSA, the faster you will find out if you have been waived.
Important Covid Vaccination Message: Students must upload proof of Vaccination to CUNYfirst, under the Vaccination Verification tab immediately. Those who don’t comply will be dropped from any in-person or hybrid courses for which they have registered. However, they may replace dropped courses with fully online classes. If students fail to register for similar courses, their financial aid may be impacted and they may become ineligible for assistance. Students who have registered for fully online courses (synchronous or asynchronous), do not require proof of vaccination.
Step 2
