• Fall 2025: Starting Wednesday, March 19, 2025

Action Steps

1. File Your 2025-2026 FAFSA – Ensure your financial aid is in place.
2. View the Fall 2025 Schedule of Classes and your DegreeWorks audit/plan.
3. Schedule advisement session.
4. Review your enrollment appointment date/time and check for any negative service indicator (holds) on your CUNYfirst account, that must be resolved before enrolling in courses.
5. Use Schedule Builder to schedule, validate and register for courses*.

* To avoid a Program Change Fee any change to your course schedule must be done prior to the first day of classes.

If you do not plan to attend York College for Fall 2025, you must drop all your course(s) on/or before August 24, 2025 in Schedule Builder to avoid tuition and fees liabilities.

The deadline to upload your Readmission Application to the Office of the Registrar secure portal for the following is:

• Summer 2025: 4 Week-1, 7 Week-1 and 10 Week-1 is May 27, 2025.
• Summer 2024: 4 Week-2 is June 30, 2025.
• Fall 2024: August 18, 2025.

If your overall grade point average (GPA) is 2.0 or above and you last attended York College in Spring 2024 or before:

• Download and complete a Fall 2025 Readmission Application on the Office of the Registrar webpage under Forms.
• Upload the Readmission Application with a valid photo ID (driver’s license, College ID) to the Registrar's Secure Portal

Once our office processes your Readmission Application, you will receive an email notification regarding your enrollment appointment with pertinent information.

OR

If your GPA is below 2.0 and you last attended York College in Fall 2024 or before:

Contact the Office of Student Academic Services webpage for information regarding petitioning the Committee on Academic Policy and Standards (CAPS) for readmission and deadline. If CAPS approves you, you must:

• Download and complete a Fall 2025 Readmission Application located on the Office of the Registrar webpage under Forms
• Upload the Readmission Application with a valid photo ID (driver’s license, College ID) to the Registrar's Secure Portal

Once our office processes your Readmission Application, you will receive an email notification regarding your enrollment appointment with pertinent information.

Action Steps

1. Cover your tuition and fees by filing your 2025-2026 FAFSA and TAP applications right away! If you are a student coping with financial hardship, emergency funding is available to help you.
2. View the 2025 Summer and Fall Schedule of Classes and your DegreeWorks audit/plan.
3. Schedule advisement session.
4. Review your enrollment appointment date/time and check for any negative service indicator (holds) on your CUNYfirst account, that must be resolved before enrolling in courses.
5. Use Schedule Builder to schedule, validate and register for courses*.

If, after enrolling for Summer Session(s) 4 Week-1, and/or 7 Week-1, 10-Week, and you do not plan to attend, you must drop your courses prior to the first day of classes on/or before June 1, 2025 in Schedule Builder.

If after enrolling for Summer Session 4 Week-2 and you do not plan to attend, you must drop your courses on/or before July 6, 2025

If, after enrolling for courses, you do not plan on attending for Fall 2025, you must drop your course(s) before August 24, 2025.
