Whenever there is a CUNY affiliate email in Blackboard, it does not get updated. Please follow the steps below to update your email in Blackboard (ONLY):

- Sign into Blackboard
- Go to the Tools section
- Select Update Email (see screenshot below)
- Confirm your email then click Submit

How to Use Cardinal Print Webprint?
Go to https://cprint.york.cuny.edu
Please be aware that after using the steps below, you will need to log in to the actual Ricoh copier in order to release your print job. You can send jobs to the copier this way but they will not be released until you log in to the copier.
Enter your username and password, and then click Log in.

Once login, click Web Print.

Click Submit a Job.

Select the print queue and then click Print Options and Account Selections.

Click Upload Documents.

Click Upload from Computer.


Find and select the document you want to print and then click Open.

Click Upload & Complete.

At this point your job already went to Ricoh MFD (copier/Multi Function Device,) and held on the queue there. You need to login to Ricoh to release your jobs.
Approved Alternatives: How to Transcribe & Summarize Meetings
Microsoft Teams (Transcription + Copilot Summaries)
A. Turn on Transcription during a Meeting
- Join or start your Teams meeting
- Select More actions (•••) in the toolbar
- Choose Record and transcribe → Start transcription
- Confirm language if prompted
- Participants will be notified that transcription is active
👉 What happens:
- A live transcript appears in real-time
- Speaker names and timestamps are captured
- Transcript is saved and available after the meeting
B. Generate AI Summaries with Copilot
(Requires Copilot or Teams Premium depending on configuration)
- Start or join a Teams meeting
- Select Copilot in the meeting toolbar
- Ensure transcription is turned on (required for full summaries)
- Let Copilot run during the meeting
👉 What Copilot automatically provides:
- Key discussion points
- Decisions made
- Action items with ownership
- Post-meeting recap summaries
👉 You can also ask during the meeting:
- “Summarize the meeting so far”
- “What decisions have been made?”
C. After the Meeting
- Go to the Recap tab in Teams
